Cheese is a kind of food that we all love. Kids are the ones who usually and will always crave for cheese. Why? Because it is a food derived from milk and kids love milk, isn’t it?

Cheese comes in different types, taste, textures but nevertheless, they are all nutritious and delicious. This food is a kind of preserved food. It will take time before cheese can be made.

Cheese originated in Europe and eventually spread out. It is highly valued for its portability, long life, and high content of fat, protein, calcium and phosphorous. It is a very healthy food for the young and for adults, too.

We use cheese in many dishes that we cook. It gives an extraordinary taste to the food. It makes the dish richer in taste and gives more nutrition to the consumer.

We use cheese in cooking pasta dishes like spaghetti, macaroni salad, baking pizza and even in ice creams, cheese can be added. It gives a creamy, delicious taste to the food.
In making the pimiento, choose the red bell pepper because it is sweeter.

Remember, kids love sweets and even adults, too. Blanch the red bell peppers and chop it into small tiny bits. Prepare the mayonnaise, cheese, your own pimiento, sugar and a pinch of salt.

All you have to do is mix all the ingredients, stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Place your DIY Cheese Pimiento Sandwich Spread in a jar and place it inside your refrigerator to cool. Or you may have your instant sandwich and have a taste of it.

You can prepare this sandwich as a snack for your kids who go to school, for your spouse who goes to work every day, for your visitors, for your co-workers in the office and even for your boss.

And of course, you can prepare it for your family when you go on a picnic or even when you are just at home bonding while watching movies on the television.

It is also a good snack or a treat for your self after a long, tiring day at work. Cheese Pimiento is one of the best sandwich spreads and remember, it is not that expensive. So, enjoy!

I used Tillamook cheddar cheese and it feels grainy after melted. Do you know why this happened? Or do i have to use one of those quick melt cheeses?
