Chicken Macaroni Recipe
- 500 g elbow macaroni
- 1 ½ cup mayonnaise
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 170 g all purpose cream
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup pickles
- 1 large carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup cheese
- salt and pepper
- Boil a water in a pot and cook the macaroni for 5 - 8 minutes
- Drain once cooked.
- Boil the chicken for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Shred the chicken into pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
- Add the all-purpose cream, mayonnaise.
- Salt and pepper to taste as well as the cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
