    Cheese Sticks Recipe You can save a lot if you will serve this during birthdays of your kids and even on your own birthday.

    If you wanted to say thank you to your kids’ teacher, you can cook cheese sticks and she will surely love it. You can also serve it to your family during movie time on weekends.

    Snack time is one of the parts of the day that is mostly awaited by everyone. It is a part of the day wherein we pause for a while from what we are doing and relax for even for a short time.

    In schools, snack time or recess as we call it is the most favorite time of the pupils. We usually laugh when pupils tell this.

    If you ask them what their favorite subject is, they will answer with a lively voice, “Recess!” is their answer. When speaking about snacks, there a lot or different kinds of foods that we serve for it.

    We usually serve sandwiches, cupcakes, or pasta. Foods that are easy to prepare are served for snacks and of course, with drinks like fruit juices or soft drinks.

    We have lots of choices when it comes with snacks. One of the highly recommended foods for snacks and it is also very easy to prepare and cook is the Cheese Sticks Recipe.

    This snack is the local version of the Cheese Roll in other countries wherein they use Mozzarella Cheese coated in a batter and then deep-fried.

    This type of food uses cheddar cheese (usually the local type of cheese), spring roll (lumpia) wrapper and oil for frying. You will only use two ingredients and you already have a delicious snack.

    Spring rolls are also very easy to find because it is always available in the market. This wrapper is cheap ingredient so don’t you worry about spending too much on this meal.

    The cheese will not also let you spend much. This snack is totally a budget friendly meal. You can also serve it with a dip using mayonnaise mixed with ketchup.

    It is also best served in school during recess time of the pupils. They will not only have a cheap snack but also a nutritious one because cheese is a good source of protein and calcium which are essential for their growth.

    Ingredients
      

    • 250 g cheese
    • spring roll wrapper
    • cooking oil

    Instructions
     

    • Wrap the cheese with the spring roll wrapper.
    • Seal by applying a little bit of water at the edge of the wrapper.
    • Deep fry the cheese sticks on a pan.
    • Serve.
