Camaron Rebosado Recipe
Ingredients
- 200 g shrimp
- 1 pc egg
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Beat the egg in a mixing bowl.
- Add the flour and mix.
- Pour half cup of water.
- Add the salt.
- Add more water as needed.
- Continuously stir and add the black pepper.
- Include the rest of the ingredients such as the baking soda and powder.
- Mix well.
- Dip the shrimp in the flour mixture.
- Heat a pan and add a cooking oil.
- Fry the shrimp until it turns into golden brown.
- Flip the shrimp to cook the other side.
- Take it off from the pan and drain with paper towel.
- Serve.
