Ingredients
- 1 kg beef shank bone in
- 1 cup green beans
- 3 pcs corn
- 1 bunch chinese cabbage
- 1 bunch peck chye
- 1 medium onion
- fish sauce
- water
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Using a slow cooker, place the beef with bone marrows. Add the onion, corn, fish sauce, black pepper and salt.
- Pour enough water. Cover and set it to low heat. Cook for at least 8 hours.
- After 7 hours of cooking, add the green beans and continue cooking.
- Add the Chinese cabbage and Peck Chye. Let it simmer until the vegetables are cook.
- Turn off the slow cooker and transfer the Bulalo to a serving bowl. Serve while hot!
