Ingredients
1kgbeef shankbone in
1cupgreen beans
3pcscorn
1bunchchinese cabbage
1bunchpeck chye
1mediumonion
fish sauce
water
salt & pepper
Instructions
Using a slow cooker, place the beef with bone marrows. Add the onion, corn, fish sauce, black pepper and salt.
Pour enough water. Cover and set it to low heat. Cook for at least 8 hours.
After 7 hours of cooking, add the green beans and continue cooking.
Add the Chinese cabbage and Peck Chye. Let it simmer until the vegetables are cook.
Turn off the slow cooker and transfer the Bulalo to a serving bowl. Serve while hot!
