- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 kg chicken
- 1 tsp five spice
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- cooking oil
- Add flour, cornstarch garlic powder, five spice , salt & pepper in a mixing bowl.
- On a separate bowl add salt and pepper on the chicken and set aside.
