Jollibee Chicken Joy Recipe
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup corn starch
- 1 kg chicken
- 1 tsp five spice
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper
- cooking oil
- Add flour, cornstarch garlic powder, five spice , salt & pepper in a mixing bowl.
- On a separate bowl add salt and pepper on the chicken and set aside.
- Heat a deep pan in high heat (the heat should be consistent to reach the desired crispiness).
- Bread the chicken, lift the skin and add some breading.
- Drop that chicken in the pan.
- Cook until golden brown.
Looks good 👍 but you need to use two tongs ,, one for the raw breaded and one for the fry or cook for safety

ano po yung five spice?
I googled it and it’s a combination of fennel seeds, anise seeds, cinnamon (I used powder), peppercorn and clover. Mixed it together and there, you have your five spice herb.
