Avocado Ice Cream Recipe
- 2 pcs avocado
- 1 cup whip cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ⅓ cup honey
- Peel the avocado and throw in food processor and purée it.
- Add in the lemon juice and honey then mix in the food processor.
- Mix the whip cream until soft peak.
- Add in the avocado purée in the whip cream.
- Mix with spatula.
- Transfer to a container and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
