Beef Pepper Rice Recipe The secret to a great tasting Beef Pepper Rice is using the best cut of beef. The meat is the highlight of the dish so people have to make sure they only get the best cut when making their homemade version of this meal.

These sauces can be prepared easily, and each gives more flavor to the beef when added. Buttered corn kernels and chopped green onions can be also be added to the dish to add color to the plate.
