Ginataang Mais Recipe
Ingredients
- 1½ cups glutinous rice
- 1 cup cream corn
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Wash the glutinous rice twice.
- Pour the second extract of coconut milk on the rice.
- Add the cream of corn and sugar.
- Stir and cook for 20 - 25 minutes in medium heat.
- Add the first extract of coconut milk.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Serve.
