Nilagang Baka Recipe
Ingredients
- 300 g beef
- 2 pcs potatoes
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 pc corn
- 1 small onion
- 2 ½ cups water
Instructions
- Put 2 ½ cups of water in a pot.
- Add in the onion, beef and corn.
- Set the heat to medium and boil for 45 mins.
- Add the potatoes, let it cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Turn of the heat.
- Serve with fish sauce with calamansi.
