Put 2 ½ cups of water in a pot.
Add in the onion, beef and corn.
Set the heat to medium and boil for 45 mins.
Add the potatoes, let it cook for 3 minutes.
Add the cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
Turn of the heat.
Serve with fish sauce with calamansi.
