Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium egg
  • 370 g oreo cookie
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the milk, vegetable oil, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Dip each Oreo cookie into the batter. Make sure to cover each cookie completely.
  • Heat cooking oil in a deep pan. Deep fry each Oreo cookie until golden brown.
  • Prepare a cooling rack and use it to drain excess oil. Sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
