Ingredients
1tbspvegetable oil
1mediumonionchopped
2clovesgarlicminced
1mediumtomatosliced
425gsardines1 can sardines
3eggslightly beaten
salt and pepper
Instructions
In a pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté the garlic, onion and tomato. Cook until the onion and tomato are soft.
Add the canned sardines including the liquid. Sauté for about 2 minutes then add the lightly beaten eggs. Stir until well combined and continue to cook until the liquid is reduced. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with hot rice or pandesal.
