Ginisang Sardinas Na May Itlog Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium tomato sliced
- 425 g sardines 1 can sardines
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté the garlic, onion and tomato. Cook until the onion and tomato are soft.
- Add the canned sardines including the liquid. Sauté for about 2 minutes then add the lightly beaten eggs. Stir until well combined and continue to cook until the liquid is reduced. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with hot rice or pandesal.
