Ingredients
200gshrimp
1pcegg
1cupflour
½tspblack pepper
½tspbaking powder
½tspbaking soda
Instructions
Beat the egg in a mixing bowl.
Add the flour and mix.
Pour half cup of water.
Add the salt.
Add more water as needed.
Continuously stir and add the black pepper.
Include the rest of the ingredients such as the baking soda and powder.
Mix well.
Dip the shrimp in the flour mixture.
Heat a pan and add a cooking oil.
Fry the shrimp until it turns into golden brown.
Flip the shrimp to cook the other side.
Take it off from the pan and drain with paper towel.
