Ingredients
250gchicken breast
1small packsotanghon noodle
4clovesgarlic
1mediumonion
1tspsalt
1tspblack pepper
1smallbitter melon
2 ½cupswater
Instructions
Soak the sotanghon in water for 15 minutes.
Pre-heat a large cooking pan.
Add some cooking oil.
Saute the garlic and the onion.
Add the chicken breast.
Cook until the color turns white.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour the water and boil until the chicken becomes tender.
