Beef with Broccoli Recipe
Beef with Broccoli is a result of American Chinese immigrants who tried to reinvent the wheel by using locally available ingredients while they were in the United States.
Pre heat a wok or deep pan then add cooking oil.
Sauté the garlic and onion.
Add the beef and cook until it turns into brown.
Add the cream of mushroom and stir.
Put the broccoli.
Add a little water and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add a little salt and black pepper.
Stir and turn the heat off.
