Ingredients
500gpork
2mediumpotatoes
2mediumcarrots
1largeonion
1smallgreen bell pepper
1tspblack pepper
1pcred chili
½cuppeanut butter
½cuptomato sauce
½cupsoy sauce
2 1/12cupswater
Instructions
Heat the cooking oil in a large pan.
Sauté the garlic, onion and pork.
Add in the soy sauce.
Add the pepper then stir.
Pour the tomato sauce and stir.
Pour the water and simmer until the pork is tender.
Put the tomatoes and carrots simmer until the vegetables are soft.
