Boil the leg (pata) with water and salt and pandan leaf.
Drain thoroughly (use a tissue to dry excess water)
Deep fry in a deep pot or pan.
Drain excess oil
Serve with liver sauce (Mang Tomas) or soy sauce with lemon and chili.
