It is even very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 1 small pack sotanghon noodle
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 small bitter melon
  • 2 ½ cups water

Instructions

  • Soak the sotanghon in water for 15 minutes.
  • Pre-heat a large cooking pan.
  • Add some cooking oil.
  • Saute the garlic and the onion.
  • Add the chicken breast.
  • Cook until the color turns white.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Pour the water and boil until the chicken becomes tender.
  • Add the pre-soak sotanghon, and bitter melon.
  • Cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Serve.
