Cloud Bread Bun
Cloud Bread Bun is an easy recipe for low carb bread replacement. It has a light, soft and airy texture with three simple ingredients.
Pre-heat the oven at 150°C and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. In a bowl with egg white, add cream of tartar. Using a hand-held electric mixer, beat the egg white at medium speed for 3-4 minutes or until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, combine the egg yolks and yogurt. Mix until well blended. Gradually fold the meringue into the egg yolk mixture.
Scoop the batter and place it in the prepared baking tray, leaving at least 2 inches from each other. Flatten the top using a spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
