Ingredients

  • 2 cups glutinous rice flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk 397g
  • tsp salt
  • 1 can coconut milk 400ml
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk glutinous rice flour, brown sugar and salt.
  • Add evaporated milk, coconut milk, condensed milk, grated cheese and egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer in a greased round pan, place on top of a steamer basket. Steam for 45 minutes. If the toothpick comes out clean, that means it is ready.
  • Allow it cool, slice according to your preferred size.
