Ingredients
2cupsglutinous rice flour
½cupbrown sugar
1canevaporated milk397g
⅛tspsalt
1cancoconut milk400ml
1cupcondensed milk
½cupcheddar cheesegrated
1egg
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk glutinous rice flour, brown sugar and salt.
Add evaporated milk, coconut milk, condensed milk, grated cheese and egg. Mix until well combined.
Transfer in a greased round pan, place on top of a steamer basket. Steam for 45 minutes. If the toothpick comes out clean, that means it is ready.
Allow it cool, slice according to your preferred size.
