Ingredients
1tbspcooking oil
1smallonionchopped
3clovesgarlicminced
500gground beef
500gground pork
3tbsptomato sauce
1tbspsoy sauce
2tbspWorcestershire sauce
½cupraisins
1cupfrozen green peas
salt and pepperto taste
6-8pcsfried eggs
4-5pcsplantain bananacut lengthwise
Instructions
In a pan over medium heat, add the cooking oil. Fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
Pan fry the bananas (saba) until cook. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Using the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the ground pork and ground beef. Cook until no longer pink. Add tomato sauce, oyster sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Put the green peas and raisins. Season with salt and pepper. Serve in a plate with steamed hot rice, fried banana and fried egg.
