370gOreo cookies
1cupevaporated milk+ ¼ cup for toppings
Instructions
Separate the oreo cookie from the cream. Crush the cookie and combine it with the evaporated milk.
Transfer in a round pan with lined parchment paper. Steam at medium heat for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Once cooked, remove from the steamer and allow to cool before removing the cake from the pan.
In a small saucepan heat the left-over cream and ¼ cup evaporated. Stir until sauce thickens and well incorporated. Drizzle on top of the cake. Serve and enjoy!
