Ingredients
4cupsall purpose flour
1tspsugar
1tspsalt
2tspinstant dry yeast
1cupwarm water
¼cupolive oil
Toppings:
2tbsppizza sauce
½cupshredded ham
½cupcheese
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients including flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add the water and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms. Using a stand mixer, mix it for 6 minutes or manually knead for 8 minutes or until smooth.
Transfer into a lightly floured flat surface and divide the dough into two. Place it in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes up to an hour until the size is doubled.
When the dough is ready, punch the dough to release any air bubbles. Cut it again into two and shape into a ball. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough to your desired size.
Place the flatten dough into a pizza pan or iron-cast pan. Use a fork to poke holes all over the center of the pizza to prevent the dough from bubbling up in the oven or pan.
Cook in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C or 392°F. For the pan pizza, cook it in a stove over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Add your favorite pizza toppings. Cook for another 5 minutes in the oven until the cheese is melted. For the pan pizza, cover with the lid and cook for another 5 minutes. Slice and serve!

I made a simple ham and cheese pizza with a tomato sauce and barbecue sauce base.
