  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 90 g clear unflavored gelatine I used ALSA Gulaman brand
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar

  • 395 g condensed milk 1 can
  • 375 g evaporated milk 1 can
  • 250 ml all purpose cream 1 pack
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder

  • To prepare the coffee jelly, dissolve instant coffee and sugar in a glass container. Add the gelatine powder and mix until completely dissolve and no granules visible. Pour the mixture into a small pot and bring to boil for about 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and let it cool. Put it inside the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • To make the cream, use a large bowl and combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk and all purpose cream. Add 1 tsp of instant coffee powder and mix until well combined.
  • Cut the jelly into 1-inch cubes and combine it with the milk mixture. Chill in the fridge for another hour before serving.
  • Pour the coffee jelly into a serving glass and enjoy!
