Coffee Jelly Recipe
Coffee Jelly is a quick and easy dessert consist of coffee jelly, condensed milk, evaporated milk, all purpose cream and instant coffee powder.
To prepare the coffee jelly, dissolve instant coffee and sugar in a glass container. Add the gelatine powder and mix until completely dissolve and no granules visible. Pour the mixture into a small pot and bring to boil for about 2 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and let it cool. Put it inside the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
To make the cream, use a large bowl and combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk and all purpose cream. Add 1 tsp of instant coffee powder and mix until well combined.
Cut the jelly into 1-inch cubes and combine it with the milk mixture. Chill in the fridge for another hour before serving.
Pour the coffee jelly into a serving glass and enjoy!
