Remove the filling on each oreo cookies, crush the cookies and set aside.
In a large bowl, whip the all purpose cream using a hand-held mixer until soft peaks form. Add the cream filling that you remove from the cookies and condensed milk.
Add ¾ of the crushed oreo cookies and mix until well blended. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container, spread evenly and add the remaining crushed oreo for toppings. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
