Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 200 g pork cut into small cubes
  • 1 bunch long beans cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • black pepper
  • cooking oil

Instructions

  • Using a pan over medium heat, add the cooking oil and saute the garlic and onion until the onion turns translucent. 
  • Add the pork and cook for 5 minutes until it is tender and turns light brown. 
  • Put the string beans, vinegar and soy sauce. Season with black pepper and let it cook for another 2 minutes until the string beans are tender. 
  • Serve and enjoy!
