Using a pan over medium heat, add the cooking oil and saute the garlic and onion until the onion turns translucent.
Add the pork and cook for 5 minutes until it is tender and turns light brown.
Put the string beans, vinegar and soy sauce. Season with black pepper and let it cook for another 2 minutes until the string beans are tender.
Serve and enjoy!
