Adobong Manok Recipe
Adobong Manok is delicious and aromatic chicken stew. It is also known as Filipino's National Dish.

In a pot, add the chicken, garlic, black pepper, bay laves, soy sauce and vinegar.
Turn on the stove to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes on each side.
Remove the chicken and the sauce from the pan.
Pour cooking oil and put back the chicken. Fry it for 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove it from the pan.
Put back the garlic to the pan, cook it turns brown. Add the chicken and soy-vinegar sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and stir. Serve with hot rice.
