Daing na Bangus Recipe
Have you tried Daing na Bangus? Or have you tried making your own Daing na Bangus at home? It is delicious, isn’t it? Especially when you dip it in a soy sauce with calamansi juice and partnered with cut tomatoes and onions?
Marinate the fish in a deep bowl
Sprinkle it with salt
Add pepper and the crush garlic.
Add the other slices of milk fish.
Pour the vinegar and marinate overnight.
Put it on the fridge but do let it freeze.
Fry the fish in the morning for breakfast.
