250gbeef
85gliver spread
1tspblack pepper

½cupsoy sauce
2 ½cupswater
Instructions
Marinate the beef, put it in a mixing bowl, add the soy sauce, calamansi and black pepper.
Put it in the fridge for 45 minutes up to 1 hour.
Pre heat the pan, put the cooking oil, then sauté the garlic and onion.
Add the marinated beef and stir.
Now add 2 ½ cups of water and simmer for 30 minutes or until the meat becomes tender.
