Ingredients
500gground pork
3pcshotdog
2pcsfresh eggs
2pcshard boiled egg
½cupraisins
1mediumgrated carrots
1mediumonion
1mediumonions
spring onion
1tspblack pepper
1tspsalt
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except the hard boiled egg.
Mix well.
Beat the fresh eggs and add to the mixture.
Stir to distribute evenly.
Prepare an aluminum foil and put some meat mixture on it.
Add 2 slices of egg in the middle and cover it with meat mixture.
Roll the aluminum foil to cover the meat.
Seal both ends by folding.
Prepare the steamer and steam for 45 minutes up to 1 hour.
