Ingredients
500gchicken
1bundlebundle spinach or chili leaves
1mediummedium chayote
1smallsmall ginger
1largelarge onion
4clovegarlic
1tspfish sauce
salt
black pepper
cooking oil
Instructions
Heat a pot and put some cooking oil.
Saute the garlic, ginger and onion .
Add the chicken and cook until it changes into white.
Pour the fish sauce or patis and let it absorb.
Add 2 cups of water and boil until it becomes tender.
