  • 270 g pork
  • 250 g pork liver
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 20 g green bell pepper
  • ½ cup green peas
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup water


  • Heat a pan and add some cooking oil.
  • Saute the garlic and onion.
  • Add the pork and cook until the color fades and turn into light brown.
  • Add the pepper and stir.
  • Pour the soy sauce.
  • Pour the vinegar and simmer for 2 minutes. (do not stir)
  • Add 1 cup of water and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the liver and green beans then cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the green and red bell pepper.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes then serve.
