Igado Recipe is an Ilocano dish which is very popular in the province. It is famous not only in the Ilocos Region but also in other parts of the country. It has this unique taste and different aroma when cooked.
Heat a pan and add some cooking oil.
Saute the garlic and onion.
Add the pork and cook until the color fades and turn into light brown.
Add the pepper and stir.
Pour the soy sauce.
Pour the vinegar and simmer for 2 minutes. (do not stir)
Add 1 cup of water and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the liver and green beans then cook for 2 minutes.
Add the green and red bell pepper.
Cook for another 2 minutes then serve.
