Buffalo Wings Recipe

Buffalo wings are generally un-breaded chicken wings that are deep-fried and coated with cayenne pepper-based sauce. There are versions of this appetizer that use boneless wings, while some prefer their chicken breaded.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tbsp tabasco sauce or any hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilli powder

Instructions

  • Combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add the chicken wings until fully coated.
  • Heat the pan with cooking oil and fry the chicken wings. Set aside.
  • Make the sauce by combining the melted butter, Tabasco sauce, chili powder, garlic powder and pepper.
  • Dip each fried chicken wings to the sauce. Arrange in a platter.
  • Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy!
