Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast
  • 3 pcs hotdogs
  • 50 g cheese
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 4 pcs calamansi
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken breading

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, pepper and calamansi for about 30 minutes.
  • Place the chicken breast on a plate.
  • Put the hotdogs and cheese in the center, roll up and secure it with a string.
  • Roll it in a chicken breading.
  • Deep-fry until golden brown.
  • Slice before serving.
