Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
2tbspsugar
2tspbaking powder
½tspsalt
1cupfresh milk
2tbspunsalted butter
1fresh egg
Instructions
Combine all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar and salt).
Add the butter, milk and egg. Mix well until smooth and no more lumps.
In a non-stick pan over medium heat, gently put 1 full laddle of the mixture and cook until small bubbles appear.
Flip on the other side and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining mixture.
Serve with topped butter, fresh strawberry and maple syrup.
