Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup tofu
  • 40 g shrimp no shell
  • 1 medium carrots
  • 1 small cabbage
  • 80 g pork
  • 300 g togue or bean sprout
  • spring roll wrapper

Instructions

  • Sauté the garlic, onion and pork.
  • Add the tofu, carrots and cabbage.
  • Now the bean spout, set aside to cool.
  • Wrap it and fry in a pan.
  • Serve with vinegar and say sauce.
