Ingredients

  • 3 pcs banana
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 pcs raw eggs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Break and beat the eggs in a mixing bowl
  • Add in the brown sugar in the mixture
  • Add the flour and mix well
  • Add some water and mix again
  • Dip the bananas and deep fry in a pan
  • Serve
