Tokwa’t Baboy Recipe
Tokwa’t Baboy is quite a popular dish for meat lovers in the Philippines. It’s usually served as an appetizer or a side dish, and it goes well with goto or lugaw.
Fry the tofu in a pan.
Sauté the garlic, onion, pork and the beans.
Pour the water and simmer until the meat is tender. (10 minutes)
Add the sugar and add some salt.
Add in the fried tofu.
Turn off the heat and serve.
