Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup red beans
  • 150 g tofu
  • 250 g pork
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Fry the tofu in a pan.
  • Sauté the garlic, onion, pork and the beans.
  • Pour the water and simmer until the meat is tender. (10 minutes)
  • Add the sugar and add some salt.
  • Add in the fried tofu.
  • Turn off the heat and serve.
