Ingredients

  • ½ kg ground pork
  • ½ cup onion
  • ¾ cup carrots
  • 1 fresh egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • wanton wrapper

Instructions

  • Combine the ground pork, carrots and onion in a mixing bowl.
  • Beat the egg and add it in the bowl.
  • Add the pepper and salt and mix well.
  • Put a spoon full of meat mixture on the wrapper and seal.
  • Oil the steamer and steam for 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Serve
