Polvorón is a soft, crumbly, and sweet shortbread made mainly of flour, milk, sugar, and nuts. The term is derived from the Spanish word for powder or dust, “polvo” to which the popular delicacy also started to become widely known.

Ingredients
4cupsflour
2cupspowdered milk
½cupsugar
4tbspbutter
Instructions
Heat a pan or wok in low fire.
Roast the flour until light brown.
Continuously stir to avoid uneven or over cooking.
Turn off the heat and add in the powdered milk and mix well.
Add in the sugar mix well and add the butter.
Mold the mixture using the special polvoron molder.
