Ingredients

  • 3 pcs eggs
  • 400 ml condensed milk
  • 50 g butter melted
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 450 g grated cassava
  • 1 tbsp butter melted for greasing

Toppings:

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 2 pcs egg yolk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven for 180°C. 
  • In a  bowl, combine eggs, coconut milk, condensed milk, butter and sugar.
  • Add the grated cassava and stir until well combined.
  • Grease the pan with melted butter and pour the cassava mixture.
  • Bake for 1 hour until firm and when the skewer comes out clean when inserted.
  • Prepare the toppings by combining coconut milk, condense milk and egg yolk.
  • Gently pour the milk and egg mixture into the baked cassava.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Put back to the oven and broil for 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
