Pork Tocino Recipe is a popular quick and easy too cook breakfast in the Philippines, It is not common for Filipinos to buy food outside so working people buy this food and they usually cook it in the morning.
Combine the pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, salt & pepper and mix well.
Add the pork in the mixture.
You can add some food color if desired.
Marinate the overnight.
Put a cover and refrigerate.
Add some water in pan and drop the pork marinated pork.
Let it dry and add some cooking oil.
Serve with rice and vinegar sauce.
