Ingredients

  • 2 pcs avocado
  • 1 cup whip cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • cup honey

Instructions

  • Peel the avocado and throw in food processor and purée it.
  • Add in the lemon juice and honey then mix in the food processor.
  • Mix the whip cream until soft peak.
  • Add in the avocado purée in the whip cream.
  • Mix with spatula.
  • Transfer to a container and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Serve.
