Ingredients

  • 2 cups glutinous rice flour
  • 2 packs coconut cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • coconut oil
  • food color
  • yam extract

Instructions

  • Mix the glutinous rice flour, coconut cream, sugar and condensed milk.
  • Separate into different bowl in preparation for the coloring.
  • Mix each colors in the batter.
  • Grease the molder.
  • Cover the steamer with a tea towel to avoid the water into the batter.
  • Steam the first mixture with the first color for 15 minutes.
  • Add the next mixture with different color and steam again for 15 minutes.
  • Keep adding and steaming until all the batter is steamed.
  • Top with latik.
  • Serve.
