Ingredients

  • 2 cups glutinous rice flour
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup fresh grated coconut
  • ¼ cup roasted sesame seed
  • 1 tsp pandan extract

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 tsp of pandan extract with the glutinous rice flour
  • Gradually add water and mix well, add water as necessary
  • Boil a water in a pot
  • Take some of the mixture and shape it into flat and oval
  • Drop it in the boiling water
  • Take it out from the pot once it floats then set aside
  • Mix the sugar and grated coconut in a bowl
  • Coat the cooked rice cake in the mixture
  • Coat with sesame seed
  • Serve
