Ingredients

  • 1 pack strawberry jelly
  • 1 pack mango jelly
  • 1 pack lime jelly
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • water

Instructions

  • 1. In a separate container, completely dissolve each pack of flavored jelly in 1 cup boiling water. 
  • 2. Stir in another ½ cup of cold water. 
  • 3. Transfer to a rectangular container and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until set. 
  • 4. Cut the flavored jelly into cubes. 
  • 5. In a mixing bowl, combine condense milk, heavy cream and pineapple juice. Then, add sugar and salt. 
  • 6. In a separate container, dissolve the unflavored jelly in 1 cup boiling water. 
  • 7. Combine the unflavored jelly into the milk mixture. Whisk until well incorporated.
  • 8. Arrange the flavored jelly in your preferred jelly mold. 
  • 9. Pour the jelly-milk mixture evenly. Refrigerate for another 4 hours or until set. 
  • 10. To serve, turn the pan upside down in a serving plate. 
  • 11. Serve chill and enjoy!
