Instructions
Bring a pot of boiling salted water and cook the pasta for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the oil. Sweat the onion and garlic until soft and translucent.
Add the minced beef and cook for 3 minutes or until brown. Add the hotdogs, tomato sauce and banana ketchup. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the evaporated milk and brown sugar. Adjust it according to your taste preference. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the cooked pasta in a platter then pour the sauce over the top. Sprinkle grated cheese and enjoy!

Note: adjust evaporated milk and sugar depending on your preferred sweetness
